Description: 
At 752 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Millersburg, or 13 miles southwest of Marengo, moving north at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Strong winds could break small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Marengo, Williamsburg, Victor, Blairstown, Norway, Ladora, Millersburg, Luzerne, Conroy, South Amana, West Amana, Lake Iowa Park, Upper South Amana, Genoa Bluff, Hannen Lake Park, Watkins, Koszta, Iowa County Fairgrounds, and High Amana. This includes Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 205 and 220.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
