At 618 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Stone City, or
near Anamosa, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.
Locations impacted include...
Anamosa, Monticello, Langworthy, Central Park, Camp Courageous,
Monticello Municipal Airport, Scotch Grove, Pictured Rocks
Wildlife Area and Jones County Fairgrounds.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for northeastern
and east central Iowa.
