* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Iowa, including the following counties, Fremont, Mills, Montgomery and Page and southeast Nebraska, including the following counties, Johnson, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee and Richardson. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A band of heavy rain is expected to develop late this evening and linger into early Saturday morning. Localized rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected and could lead to flash flooding, especially in areas that received recent heavy rain. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
