* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Iowa, including the following counties, Fremont and Page and southeast Nebraska, including the following counties, Johnson, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee and Richardson. * WHEN...Through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms may repeatedly redevelop over the same locations in parts of southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa leading to localized areas of flooding late Sunday night into early Monday. - weather.gov/safety/flood
