The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect until 7 PM CDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Iowa, Lyon, Sioux and Plymouth. In Minnesota, Pipestone and Rock. In Nebraska, Dakota. In South Dakota, Miner, Lake and Moody. * WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
