* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water affects low-lying residences at
Albany.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.8 feet and slowly
rising.
- Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Thursday evening.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
Instruction:
If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding.
Residents and those with interests near the river should monitor
rising water levels and be prepared for possible flood warnings.
