* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, water affects homes in Shore Acres in East
Dubuque.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 14.1 feet.
- Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Wednesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
Instruction:
If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding.

rising water levels and be prepared for possible flood warnings.
