Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Des Moines and Henderson Counties. Rock River near Joslin affecting Henry IL, Rock Island and Whiteside Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Burlington. * WHEN...Until Friday evening. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Agricultural flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Friday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Friday evening at 900 PM CDT.
