Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Henderson and Des Moines Counties. Mississippi River at New Boston LD17 affecting Mercer and Louisa Counties. Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
