* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects the lower portion of the
Riverside Park parking lot.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 16.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tonight and continue falling to 13.3 feet Monday, May
04.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
