Mississippi River at New Boston LD17 affecting Mercer and Louisa
Counties.
Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Mercer, Henderson,
Louisa and Des Moines Counties.
Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Hancock, Lee, Henderson
and Des Moines Counties.
Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Henderson and Des
Moines Counties.
Mississippi River at Muscatine affecting Mercer, Rock Island,

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15.
* WHEN...From Sunday evening until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Water affects Credit Island Lane in
Davenport and the 4700 block of River Drive in Moline. Water is at
the base of the flood wall gates at the downtown Rock Island
riverfront.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.6 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue rising to 16.3 feet Saturday,
April 25.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
The next statement will be issued by Sunday morning at 1130 AM CDT.
