forecast.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water is over the campground and boat ramp
in Keithsburg.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 14.1 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 16.0 feet Friday,
April 24. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
Instruction:
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
