This could lead to flooding, as soil moisture percentiles are at or above the 70th percentile for this time of year, which indicates soils predisposed to increased runoff from additional heavy rain tonight. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Iowa, including the following counties, in south central Iowa, Appanoose, Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Ringgold, Union and Wayne.
