Rock River at Moline affecting Henry IL and Rock Island Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Maquoketa River near Maquoketa. * WHEN...From Friday morning to Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Significant agricultural flooding and increasing impacts on the city of Maquoketa. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.0 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday morning to a crest of 25.6 feet Friday evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
