Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Water affects homes along old U.S. Highway 61. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 11.7 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Saturday morning at 900 AM CDT.
