Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Oakville. * WHEN...Until late Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flood waters begin to impact agricultural land. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.9 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 11.2 feet early Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
