North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney. * WHEN...From this afternoon to early Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects most agricultural land near Sigourney. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 17.7 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
