English River at Kalona affecting Johnson and Washington Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...English River at Kalona. * WHEN...From Thursday morning to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Agricultural land along the river begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 14.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
