At 516 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Hagerstown, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Richmond, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Franklin, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Mount Auburn, Whitewater, Middleboro, Jacksonburg, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, and Williamsburg. This includes I-70 in Indiana between mile markers 134 and 154. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.
