* WHAT...South winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...In Indiana, De Kalb County. In Ohio, Defiance, Fulton OH,
Henry, and Williams Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong wind gusts have developed as rain
exits the area.
