Description:
Areas of fog have already developed due to the calm winds and
remaining moisture from recent rainfall. Patchy dense fog could
develop over the next few hours, especially in river valleys.
Conditions should quickly improve after sunrise, but if you are
driving early this morning, slow down, use your headlights, and
leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
