* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Indiana, including the following counties, Gibson, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh and Warrick and western Kentucky, including the following county, Henderson. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT /2 PM EDT/ this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional heavy rainfall amounts of 1.0 to 2.0 inches, perhaps localized higher are possible. This may fall on areas that already recieved over 1.5" over the past 24 hours.
