Wabash River at Terre Haute. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Illinois...Indiana... Wabash River at Riverton. Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site. Wabash River at Montezuma. .Heavy rainfall has brought minor flooding to middle and lower Wabash as well the East Fork White at Seymour. While the East Fork will fall below flood later today, flooding on the Wabash will continue well into next week. The crest on the Wabash will arrive at Montezuma Friday night. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Significant agricultural lands begins to flood. High water affects some local roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.6 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM EDT Thursday was 13.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
