Wabash River at Montezuma. .Heavy rainfall totaling locally 6 to 8 inches since Saturday has lead to minor flooding on the Wabash river at Montezuma. Flooding is expected to crest at Montezuma early Thursday...and continue into Thursday night. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Montezuma. * WHEN...From this morning to early Friday afternoon. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 14.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:45 AM EDT Wednesday was 14.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet tomorrow morning.
