* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

- At 1031 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.

Terre Haute, Brazil, West Terre Haute, Seelyville,
Knightsville, Staunton, Carbon, North Terre Haute, Fontanet,
Indiana State University and Shepardsville.
