Northeastern Vigo County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 801 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
