* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 757 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 0.75 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.25 inches are
possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Newport, Cayuga, New Market, Kingman, Waveland, Russellville,
Marshall, Wallace, Alamo, Turkey Run State Park, Yeddo,
Shades State Park and Lodi.
