* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...In west central Indiana...
Fountain County...
Western Montgomery County...
Northwestern Vermillion County...
and Southwestern Warren County...
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many
areas of slow moving or standing water. Local media have reported
water rescues.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 509 AM EDT, emergency management reported slow moving
thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned
area. Between 2.5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in
the warned area this morning.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Covington, Veedersburg, Williamsport, Attica, Waynetown, West
Lebanon, Hillsboro, Kingman, Perrysville, New Richmond,
Wingate, Newtown, Mellott, State Line City, Wallace, Alamo,
Yeddo, Foster, Gessie and Shades State Park.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
