* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 929 PM EDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain and
flooded roadways in the warned area due to thunderstorms.
Flooding is ongoing as 1 to 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in
the warned area.

Bloomington, Vincennes, Washington, Linton, Bloomfield,
Spencer, Ellettsville, Bicknell, Worthington, Odon, Gosport,

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
