For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Elkhart River...including Goshen, Cosperville...Minor
flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville.
* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Water approaches some houses around Skinner
Lake, especially along State Road 8.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 6.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:30 PM EDT Wednesday was 6.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue falling to 5.4 feet Wednesday,
April 29.
- Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
