Williams Counties.
Saint Joseph River Michigan at Niles affecting Cass MI, St.
Joseph and Berrien Counties.
Saint Joseph River Michigan at Three Rivers affecting Branch,
Elkhart and St. Joseph MI Counties.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flooding begins to affect streets and
homes in Monterey.

ending at 11:45 AM EDT Saturday was 12.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.8

Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
