Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Defiance, De Kalb and Allen IN Counties. Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Defiance, Williams and Fulton OH Counties. For the Tippecanoe River...including Ora, Winamac...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Joseph River Ohio...including Montpelier, Newville... Moderate flooding is forecast.
