* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Bartholomew County in central Indiana... Decatur County in central Indiana... Southeastern Shelby County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until noon EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 846 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Up to 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Given the amount of rain received, it will take some time for flood waters to recede and impacted roads to reopen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
