* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following county, in southeast Indiana, Ripley. * WHEN...Until noon EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 842 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in Some flooding of low lying roads and creek flooding near Laughery Creek. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen last night. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected for the next several hours. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Versailles, Milan, Moores Hill, Olean, Versailles Lake, Benham, Friendship and New Marion.
