* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Franklin and Ripley. * WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 519 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms produced between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain. Although the rain has ended, minor flooding impacts will continue. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Batesville, Milan, Osgood, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Sunman, Holton, Napoleon, Ballstown, Huntersville, Otter Village, Penntown, Interstate 74 at State Route 101 and Hamburg.
