At 837 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Middletown, or 9 miles west of Lincoln, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Damaging tornado. SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornado will be near... Lincoln around 840 PM CDT. Chestnut and Beason around 855 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Broadwell. This includes Interstate 55 between mile markers 117 and 126.
