Description:
Gusty southwest winds up to 35 mph may result in areas of blowing
dust downstream agricultural fields through late this afternoon.
The dust my result in sudden and localized visibility reductions
to a quarter mile or less. If traveling in open and rural areas,
make sure to slow down and exercise caution.
