Description:
At 1145 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 3
miles east ofr Bradford, or 12 miles northeast of Wyoming, moving
east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Strong winds could break small tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Hennepin, Granville, McNabb, Putnam, Mark, Magnolia, Standard, Milo,
Lake Thunderbird, Florid, and Lone Tree Corners.
This includes Interstate 180 between mile markers 1 and 3.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
