Description:
At 653 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Kirkland to near La Moille, moving east-
northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
DeKalb, Sycamore, Rochelle, Sandwich, Genoa, Shabbona, Cortland,
Hinckley, Somonauk, Kirkland, Waterman, Hillcrest, Maple Park,
Kingston, Malta, Paw Paw, Sublette, Woodhaven Lakes, Creston, Lee,
Compton, Steward, Fairdale, and West Brooklyn.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for north central
and northeastern Illinois.

building.
