At 1120 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Heyworth to near Lincoln, moving east at 60 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. These severe storms will be near... Heyworth, Wapella, Waynesville, and Beason around 1125 PM CDT. Clinton and Kenney around 1130 PM CDT. Weldon around 1145 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Lawndale, Clinton Power Station, Weldon Springs State Park, Lane, Midland City, Hallsville, De Witt, and Broadwell. This includes the following highways... Interstate 155 between mile markers 0 and 1. Interstate 55 between mile markers 115 and 144. Interstate 74 between mile markers 154 and 157.
