* Until 815 PM CDT.
* At 718 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Johnson-Sauk Trail State Park to near Kewanee to
near Oneida, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Kewanee, Cambridge, Hennepin, Spring Valley, Galva, Henry, DePue,
Granville, Tiskilwa, Woodhull, Alpha, Andover, Buda, Bureau
Junction, McNabb, Putnam, Mark, Neponset, Magnolia, and Standard.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 74 in Illinois between mile markers 26 and 33.
Interstate 180 between mile markers 1 and 9.
This also includes Donnelley DePue State Fish and Wildlife Area,
Johnson-Sauk Trail State Recreation Area, and Mautino State Fish &
Wildlife Area.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for northwestern
Illinois. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT
for north central Illinois.
