* Until noon CDT.
* At 1052 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Eagarville,
or over Gillespie, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Benld, Sawyerville, Staunton, Eagarville, White City, Mount Olive,
Litchfield, Butler, Panama, Taylor Springs, Hillsboro, Schram City,
Donnellson, Coffeen, Fillmore and Van Burensburg.
This includes Interstate 55 in Illinois between exits 41 and 52.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
