Description: 
At 916 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Maroa to near Edinburg, moving east at 65 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. These severe storms will be near... Decatur, Forsyth, Maroa, Harristown, Warrensburg, Argenta, Illiopolis, Niantic, and Mount Auburn around 920 PM CDT. Blue Mound and Oreana around 925 PM CDT. This includes Interstate 72 between mile markers 115 and 144.
Instruction: 
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for central Illinois. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in Lincoln.
