Description:
At 420 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over White Hall,
moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Carrollton, Walkersville, Berdan, Hillview, Belltown, Time,
Bedford, White Hall, Patterson, Wrights, Milton, Montezuma,
Detroit, Roodhouse, Barrow and Florence.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT Friday for
portions of southwest and west central Illinois.
