miles east of Scott City, moving southeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

Girardeau Airport, Ullin, Thebes, Commerce, Mill Creek, East Cape

Interstate 57 in Illinois between Mile Markers 18 and 21.
Interstate 55 between Mile Markers 81 and 91.
