Northern Ralls County in northeastern Missouri... * Until 430 PM CDT. * At 346 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Center, or 14 miles southeast of Monroe City, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Center, Spaulding, New London, Frankford, Ilasco, Hannibal, Saverton, Ashburn, Seehorn, Hull, Kinderhook, New Canton, Plainville, Barry, El Dara, Richfield, Liberty, New Hartford and Kingston.
