* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, including the following area, Adams IL and Missouri, including the following areas, Audrain MO, Knox MO, Lewis MO, Marion MO, Monroe MO, Ralls MO and Shelby MO. * WHEN...Through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall are expected across the watch area through Monday morning. Rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is possible with locally higher amounts which could result in flash flooding where soils are already moistening.
