River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville.
* WHEN...Until Monday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 28.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 12:30 PM CDT Thursday was 28.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Sunday
afternoon and continue falling to 22.3 feet Thursday, May 07.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
