Mississippi River at Louisiana.
River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Mississippi River at Louisiana.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 19.6 feet, Maryland Street at 4th Street by the Town
Branch bridge begins flooding near this height.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 11:30 AM CDT Saturday was 16.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.4 feet
