* WHERE...Crab Orchard and Rend Lake in Illinois, Kentucky Lake and

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 8 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.
